We see the most calls from Waverley, Cedarwood, Bleachery and Lakeview, where housing stock and lot sizes are fairly consistent across blocks.
Waltham kitchens come in to our Waltham showroom most often as 1920s to 1950s footprints with original soffits, single-row cabinetry, and a wall between the kitchen and the dining or family room. The first conversation is usually about removing that wall, then sizing the island the new room can hold.
On the cabinetry side we carry five lines: Fabuwood for the value tier, Mantra for the mid-range with a limited lifetime warranty, Mid Continent and StarMark for semi-custom, and Europa for full custom inset with a 100-year limited warranty. Countertops come from our partner slab yards, and we walk you through the stone options as part of the design.

Final price is confirmed in your written quote after a 60-minute showroom visit. The cabinet warranty travels with the cabinet regardless of who installs.
