The output is a written quote with the cabinet spec, top template, and lead time.
Install is handled by our build crew at Bay State Remodeling if you want a single project lead, or you can have your own contractor or plumber set the vanity. The Mantra limited lifetime and Europa 100-year limited warranties travel with the cabinet either way.
Final price is confirmed in your written quote after a 60-minute showroom visit. The cabinet warranty travels with the cabinet regardless of who installs.

Wellesley's building department runs on a Tuesday permit cycle, so we submit Friday morning to keep framing starts on schedule. Kitchen permits clear in two to three weeks once submitted; gas and plumbing inspections schedule by appointment.
