The output is a written quote with the cabinet spec, top template, and lead time.
Install is handled by our build crew at Bay State Remodeling if you want a single project lead, or you can have your own contractor or plumber set the vanity. The Mantra limited lifetime and Europa 100-year limited warranties travel with the cabinet either way.
Final price is confirmed in your written quote after a 60-minute showroom visit. The cabinet warranty travels with the cabinet regardless of who installs.

Brookline projects often require condo-association review on top of a building permit. The building department issues kitchen permits for plumbing, electrical, and gas in two to four weeks; condo trustee approval can add another week or two. Dumpster placement on most streets needs a town parking permit, which we pull a week ahead.
