Bay State Kitchen Gallery is a working showroom in Waltham where you can see, touch, and choose real cabinets, countertops, tile, and hardware with a designer beside you, not a salesperson across a desk. We opened the showroom in 2023 to give Greater Boston homeowners one place to make confident decisions about their kitchen or bath.
Bay State Kitchen Gallery and Bay State Remodeling are two names for one company. The Gallery is the showroom where you design your kitchen or bath; Bay State Remodeling is our licensed Massachusetts contractor. That means we can take you as far as you want to go: pick your materials and take them to your own installer, design the whole space with us, or have us design it and build it start to finish on one contract. Same showroom, same people, your call on how far it goes.
Not every project needs the same thing. Choose the level that fits yours, and move up a level any time.

Designed with you
Work with our in-house designer on the full plan, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, along with the cabinets, countertops, and hardware to build it. Your own contractor handles the install.

Ray started Bay State Kitchen Gallery to give homeowners a better way to begin: see it, choose it, and know one company will carry it through, with a clear plan and no surprises.
Design Coordinator
Clara is who you sit with in the showroom. She turns a room full of samples into clear choices, matching finishes, cabinetry, and detail to how you actually live.
Operations Manager
David keeps the moving parts in order. Eighteen years running remodels means your schedule, your trades, and your deliveries line up instead of colliding.
Field Superintendent
When a project needs a problem solved on site, Marcio solves it. Fifteen years in the field earned him the name the crew uses for him, “The Doctor.”
Master Carpenter
Paulo builds the parts of your kitchen you touch every day. Twelve years of cabinetry and finish work, held to a standard he sets for himself.
Lead Carpenter
Robson has been building rooms for more than two decades. Framing to finish, he is one of the steady hands turning your approved design into the real thing.
Finish Carpenter
Cornelio handles the finish: the trim, the reveals, the clean lines that decide whether a kitchen looks built or looks crafted. Over a decade of it.
