Services

Three ways to work with the showroom.

The right tier depends on whether you have a designer, a contractor, and a plan — or whether you want one team accountable from first sketch through final inspection. Pick the column that describes your project.

01Lightest

Sales-Only

Cabinets, hardware, and countertops — delivered.

Walk the showroom, choose cabinetry and finish materials, and we deliver. No design work, no install — this is the tier for designers, GCs, and homeowners who already have their plan and their crew.

When it fits

You already have a designer or GC, and you want to spec cabinetry and finishes from our floor without bundling installation.

Included
  • Showroom-floor consultation with a Bay State product specialist
  • Cabinetry, cabinet hardware, and countertop selection
  • Written proposal with line-item product pricing
  • Delivery of all ordered products to the project address
Not at this tier
  • Design drawings, layouts, or 3D renderings
  • On-site measurements or design consultation
  • Permits, inspections, or coordination with local building department
  • Installation, demolition, plumbing, electrical, framing, tile, paint
Lead time
1–6 weeks from signing to delivery, depending on brand.
Payment
100% upon signing the Contract — initiates the procurement process.

02Mid

Design & Sales

Showroom service plus drawings, plans, and renderings.

The middle tier. Our in-house designer develops the floor plan, elevations, and 3D renderings for your kitchen; you receive complete drawings and a final product order. Installation runs through your contractor of choice — or through our build crew at Bay State Remodeling at the next tier.

When it fits

You want a professionally designed kitchen but you already have a contractor, or you intend to bid the install separately.

Included
  • Everything in Sales-Only
  • Interior design consultation — kitchen
  • Site measurement and design development
  • Layout drawings, elevations, and 3D renderings
  • Full specification schedule documenting every selection
  • Material selection guidance — counters, tile, hardware, fixtures
  • Design summary meeting before the Proposal
Not at this tier
  • Demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, paint
  • Permitting and on-site inspections (handled by your GC)
  • Tile, flooring, and on-site installation labor
Lead time

Not sure yet?

Two quick questions usually decide it.

1. Do you have a contractor lined up?

Yes → Sales-Only (Tier 1) or Design & Sales (Tier 2). Your GC handles the install; we supply the products and, optionally, the design.

No → Design, Sales & Build (Tier 3). One contract, one project lead.

2. Do you have drawings and a layout?

Yes → Sales-Only (Tier 1). Bring the layout; we supply against it.

No → Design & Sales (Tier 2) for a designed package on a separate install, or full Tier 3 for everything under one contract.
