Kitchen Gallery, Sales Only

Buy cabinets, vanities, countertops, and hardware.

You know what you want, or your contractor does. This package is the showroom without the project: you select, we supply.

Visit us in Waltham, walk the displays, and pick from six cabinet lines, quartz and stone countertops, bathroom vanities, and Top Knobs hardware. We confirm sizes and specifications against your measurements, place the order with the manufacturer, track it, and coordinate delivery to your home or job site.

What is included

  • Product selection in the showroom with our team
  • Order placement, tracking, and manufacturer coordination
  • Delivery coordination to your site
  • Countertop templating, fabrication coordination, and installation
  • Manufacturer warranties on everything we sell

What is not included

Design work, and installation of cabinets, vanities, and hardware. Your measurements, your layout, your installer. Countertops are the one exception, every countertop we sell is templated and installed by us. If you would rather have our designer measure and plan the space, that is the Design & Sales package. If you want it built by us, that is Design, Sales & Remodeling.

Kitchen Gallery, Design & Sales

We design it, you build it.

You have your own contractor, or you are handy enough to do the installation yourself. What you need is a professional design and the right products. That is exactly this package.

It starts in the Waltham showroom with our in-house designer. We measure your space, then design it with you: floor plan, elevations, and 3D renderings you can walk through before anything is ordered. You see your kitchen or bathroom finished before a single cabinet is made. Then you select the materials, cabinets, countertops, vanities, and hardware, from the same six lines we stand behind, and we order, track, and coordinate delivery.

What is included

  • In-showroom design sessions with our designer
  • On-site measurement of your space
  • Floor plan, elevations, and 3D renderings
  • A complete specification schedule your installer works from
  • Product selection, ordering, tracking, and delivery coordination
  • Manufacturer warranties on everything we sell

What is not included

Installation. Your contractor builds from our drawings and specification schedule. Every dimension, every appliance opening, every filler panel accounted for, so nothing is guessed on site.

Terms

Your project begins with a flat Design & Planning fee that counts toward your total, not a separate design charge. And if you decide mid-way you would rather have us build it, the whole design carries straight into Design, Sales & Remodeling. Nothing is redone.

Kitchen Gallery, Design, Sales & Remodeling

We design it, supply it, and build it.

The complete path: one company takes your kitchen or bathroom from the first sketch to the final punch-list item.

It begins like every design project, in the Waltham showroom with our designer: measurement, floor plan, elevations, 3D renderings, and every material selected by hand.

Then the remodeling begins. This is a full construction project, not a cabinet drop-off:

  3. 3Any framing and layout changes the design calls for
  4. 4Plumbing and electrical work to the new plan
  5. 5Walls closed and finished
  6. 6Tile and flooring

  10. 10Through a final walkthrough where every punch-list item is completed to your satisfaction before we call it done

Who builds it, and why it matters.

Bay State Kitchen Gallery and Bay State Remodeling are one company under one roof. Bay State Remodeling is our construction arm: a licensed Massachusetts contractor, with carpentry and finish by one dedicated team and the trades coordinated and supervised by us. The designer who drew your kitchen and the team building it answer to the same name, work from the same drawings, and sit in the same meetings. One contract. One project lead in your home from demolition to walkthrough. Weekly updates. An end date written into your Contract.

What is included

  • Everything in Design & Sales: design sessions, measurement, drawings, 3D renderings, full specification schedule, product supply
  • Full remodeling by Bay State Remodeling as described above, permits handled for you
  • One dedicated project lead, weekly updates, contractual end date
  • A one-year workmanship warranty on all installation work, on top of manufacturer warranties

Terms

Your project begins with a flat Design & Planning fee that counts toward your total. The rest follows a clear milestone schedule you will see in your Proposal, and nothing is ever ordered until the related payment clears, so your money always matches real progress.
